Yea, I live in Montana, and we have shit for nice looking cars.
All I notice around here is Fast and the Furious rip offs done by kids who have rich parents around here.
And by that.. I mean purly looks, its rare anyone here touches their engine.
So I suspose it's not just like that here?
My car isn't anything really though, I just have a stereo I installed myself, and thats about it... but I'm gonna make it a bit better.
Nothing showy, or anything to fast, I prefer the higher gas milage...
But It's just retarded to see blue and black civic CRX's with HUGE gaudy spoilers and cheap ass 90dollar spoke rims with stock engines and huge overly done mufflers trying to race everyone..
I mean my '95 civic dx hatchback is faster than that pile... stock.
Is montana not the only kind of state that has that going on?

Are you sure that they havent done anything to the motor, or is that just what you tell yourself because all you have done is install a stereo and give out excuses like Nothing showy, or anything to fast, I prefer the higher gas milage...
Odds say that even in podunk backwater Montana there is someone with a bad ass 350+WHP civic, how could it not be. Remmeber, every other car you see is probably a Hyundai, and every third car you see is most likely a Kia, but every fourth car is a Honda civic...so there are a lot of them out there and to say that everyone in Montana who owns a Civic is a ricer is a bit harsh, i am sure that there are some tuner purists out there(although you might know a lot more about their cars than I am giving you credit for since you are all related...right) |

location does matter. here in oklahomo shitty for example, you do good if you see a nice looking (aka not riced to shit) import sporting a lot of power. there aren't many. but go to a bigger city and there will be more. it all has to do with the population mainly. but then of course oklahomoans can't think for themselves, they just copy off what other people do. so if they see lots of ricey cars on tv or something, thats what they do. dumbasses. that and they cant drive.

lol, well not EVERY car. is decked out on the outside only...
but if they did do anything to their engine then its sure not noticeable..
and here's a list of the cars I know that have engines redone
-Some kind of new Audi... its one of the faster cars in the town, he's got a large turbo in it or something
- A guy at my work has a mustang.. a newer one, but I'm guessing it's the last year they made the 5.0's, he's completly redone the engine, not sure what all he has but its a nice car
- Another guy at my work has an older eclipse.. or however one might spell that... he's a cool guy... he put a brand new larger engine in it... a turbo.. exhaust... a new ECU among some other things.. granted his car is fast as shit, but he told me he pays 20 dollars a day just doing regular driving... and he doesn't even race it much
Hm.. well I can;t think of any other cars that are worked on here... for imports.. I've seen 3 CRX's.. talked to those guys.. they have exterior work, custom seats and racing seatbelts
Mostly there's trucks with exhaust, and mustangs that are worked on..
a few weeks ago though, a new civic came into town with a nice black body kit on its silver body.. it's a bad ass car... but he's just visiting from California
and howdo I know these are the "pimped" cars we have here... well.. the town is tiny as shit, and I drive a lot so I see about every car that drives in this town...
All the other civics in this town I've seen are owned by older suit looking guys (ones my gfs brothers friends dad)...
Small town like I said...
