Keeping with the tradition of constantly switching bikes, I got myself a new motorcycle 5 days or so ago.
And also keeping with the tradition of talking about motorcycles on a civic forum.

'01 Triumph TT600 with 8400ish on the clock, I've already put over 1000km's on it.
Took it one the most amazing ride I've ever been on on Friday. Didn't even know roads this good existed in Alberta.

Then here are pics from the ride, which I did with a friend who also has a Triumph.

And the usual shenanigans we are up to in the City, this time it was for a rally to try and save our Race Track that's being closed.

Whole parking lot was full of fellow racing enthusiasts.

City council ended up voting to keep it open for another 5 years.

It's not even winter yet and I'm already getting the "you're crazy" looks from people while riding my bike around.
Can't imagine what sorta looks they will be giving me in winter then.

We don't have inspections anymore, just have to go to the tag agency and pay to get a new tag. I just didn't realize mine was so far out....
