Hi,

Just joined, got a 08 with 13,000.  Had to replace starter already, now I noticed the idle doesn't stay put.  Is there a problem with 08 idle?

First Civic, thought this vehicle was the best because of the name.

Can someone please help me.

I heard there isn't an adle adjustment??????

What do you mean by it not staying put?  Does it rev up and down or just change to a different RPM at some point?

Also, sorry for the way I responded but am not used to using this forum.  Could use some help learning how to reply to posts.

The car while sitting at a red light normally idels at around 6500 rpm.  For no rime or reason, at times the idel comes down to almost 5000 rpm and the engine runs rough.  I was told the car has no idel adjustment and when I took it to Honda dealer they didn't do anything about the idel.

There's a box at the bottom of the page for quick replies.  You can just type your reply there and click "Post".

6500rpm is REALLY high...are you sure that's right?
